Update: 6/6/2008

He goes by the name "Robert". He was driving a white pickup truck and stated that he lived on Ono Island. "Robert" is claiming to be an Investor who moved from Louisiana and a victim of Hurricane Katrina.

Present Alert: as of April 22, 2008

It appears that our suspicious man has appeared again.  He is driving a small white pick-up and claims that he has sold his Ford-Mercury dealership in Pensacola and a 5 acre lot on Ono Island.  He gave the name of Robert Webster, however, that may not be his name. This man was making the rounds several months back with fictitious stories about his wealth.
As always, please be cautious.

This Alert is designed to share all safety warnings, missing persons, threats, etc. among the Realtors and Real Estate Agents around the US.  With our large number of people connected (over 1.2 million as of April, 2008), our goal is to save lives and discourage predators.  Information is Power!  In order to help you leverage that power, we are giving County Board/Associations of Realtors or Real Estate companies the option of putting one-half of their link fee towards Real Estate Agents Against Violence, Inc.  – or one-forth to Real Estate Agents Against Violence, Inc. and one-forth to The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

As I have explained, our goal is safety and assistance for Real Estate Agents in the course of doing their job.  To that end, we are in the process of forming REAAV, Inc..  This will be a non-profit organization created solely for the purpose of providing financial assistance to Real Estate Agents injured by violence in the pursuit of their work.  We hope to assist with medical and counseling costs incurred by the injured Real Estate Agents.  In order to do this, we will allocate one-half of the fee paid by all Board of Realtors and Real Estate Companies purchasing a link to the Agent Safety Alert and place that money into the non-profit organization or a second option is to put one-forth towards Real Estate Agents Against Violence, Inc. and one-forth to The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.  We are in the process of forming REAAV, Inc. now, but it takes money and time to complete. We will put the percentage of the fee allocated for REAAV, Inc. into a special account,  to be safeguarded for the purpose it was intended.  We will make a public announcement as soon as the non-profit organization is up and running.
